Eligibility for Returns

Refund Process

Once we approve your return request, we follow these steps:

  2. Then, we inspect the returned item after receiving it
  3. Finally, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In addition, include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us verify the issue.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you place an order by mistake, you may cancel it within 12 hours, provided we have not shipped it.

However, once we ship an order, we can no longer cancel it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

Then, contact your payment provider (such as PayPal or Stripe)
